I’m Ángel, and I run Fachada from Murcia, Spain. I design websites for businesses in any city in Spain and abroad, entirely remotely: we talk by call, video call or WhatsApp, and you check everything on your phone.

I’ll show you your homepage before you pay anything. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay.

How working remotely works

The whole process is designed to be done from your phone, with no long meetings and no travel:

  1. Tell me about your business. Fill in the questionnaire (about 10 minutes, with your photos and logo) or let’s talk for 15 minutes by call, video call or WhatsApp.
  2. Free mockup within 48 hours. I send you a link to your homepage on WhatsApp so you can see it on your phone. If it doesn’t convince you, you pay nothing.
  3. 50% deposit, then the full website. You pay by card or bank transfer, I build the rest and we review it together, each on our own screen.
  4. Launch on your domain, then the other 50%. Your website goes live on your own domain, registered in your name and submitted to Google. You always get an invoice.

You always deal with the same person: the one who designs and publishes your website. Everything is set out in the terms of service.

Showing up on Google in your city

Where the studio is based doesn’t change where Google finds you: what matters is your business. That’s why your website is prepared for searches in your city and your neighbourhood:

  • Your address, opening hours and phone number exactly the same on your website and your Google Maps profile.
  • What you do and where, said clearly, the way people actually search: “physio in” plus your area, “garage in” plus your town.
  • Your Google Maps profile set up on every plan: you just confirm the code Google sends you.
  • Fast loading on mobile, even with a poor signal.

If your business is outside Spain

  • Same process, same prices, in euros. We’ll confirm the VAT that applies to your case before we start, and invoices are issued in euros.
  • Your website in your customers’ language. Each additional language is €90; Premium includes several languages.
  • Your domain, in your name: .com, .es or your country’s own ending. You can check whether yours is available.

Prices exclude VAT. A free homepage mockup before you pay anything; then 50% when you approve it and 50% at launch. Optional maintenance: €19 or €39/month, no minimum term. Clients outside Spain: we’ll confirm the VAT that applies to your case.

What people usually ask.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Everything is done by phone or video call, WhatsApp and email, and you review the mockup and the website on your phone. If you’re in or near Murcia and would rather meet, we can.

I’m not in Spain. Can you still build my website?

Yes, remotely and with the same plans. Prices are in euros; we’ll confirm the VAT that applies to your case before we start, and invoices are issued in euros.

Can my website be in English, or in more than one language?

Yes. Your website can be in the language your customers speak. Each additional language is €90, and the Premium plan includes several languages.

How do I send you my text, photos and logo?

Through the online questionnaire, which lets you upload photos, your logo and other material from your phone. Anything left over can be sent later on WhatsApp or by email.

How do I pay?

Half when you approve the mockup and half when the website goes live, by card or bank transfer, always with an invoice. Optional maintenance is paid monthly, with no minimum term.

Will you help me show up on Google in my city?

Yes: the work is done for your city and area, not mine. Every website is submitted to Google, with your Google Maps profile set up; the Business plan adds further work on your Google visibility. Nobody can honestly guarantee the top spot.
