Request a change
Changes are content updates or minor tweaks, not redesigns.
- One request = a single message with everything you want changed (for example: 2 photos + your August opening hours + one price = 1 request).
- Included: changing or adding photos, updating prices and opening hours, updating existing text, adding or removing a service from the list, a temporary notice (holidays, an offer, closed for works), changing your phone, address or social links, adding a real review.
- Not included (quoted separately): redesigns or changes of style, colours or template, new sections or pages, reorganising the structure, online shops, bookings, new forms, integrations, long new texts (writing a whole page), translations into another language, photo shoots.
- Turnaround: up to 3 working days. Requests included in your plan don’t roll over from one month to the next. Extra request: €25 + VAT.
- If you bought your website outright (one-off payment), no changes are included: each request is €25 + VAT, or you can switch to maintenance at €19/month (1 request a month).
- Fixing bugs or outages on our side never counts as a request.
