What data is processed and why

There are two ways to get in touch. The form on the home page doesn’t send anything to any server: it prepares a message that you choose to send on WhatsApp. The onboarding questionnaire (the “Start” page) does save what you type and the files you upload (logo, photos and graphic material) in a private database and file store (Supabase, with servers in Europe) that only the data controller can access. When you finish, you can let us know on WhatsApp with your reference.

We use that data only to prepare your website, reply to you and, if we reach an agreement, provide the service and invoice for it. The text, photos and logos you send us are published on your website only with your approval.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, the performance of the contract. We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by tax law.

Clients in other countries

This policy applies in the same way if you contact us from outside Spain: we process your data in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questionnaires and their files are stored in Supabase, with servers in Europe.

Who it’s shared with

No one, unless required by law. We use third-party services with their own policies: Supabase (where questionnaires and their files are stored), Cloudflare (website hosting and domain checks), WhatsApp (Meta) and, if you pay by card, Stripe.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to ccsshaft@gmail.com. If you believe your rights haven’t been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, if you live in another European Union country, to your own country’s data protection authority.
